Directions from points East, via Interstate Rt. 80:

1. From Route 80 Westbound take Exit #34 B, “Rt. 15 North,
   Jefferson/Sparta.” You will take the exit and merge directly onto Rt. 15 North.
2. Stay on Rt. 15 North for about 10.5 miles. You will go through a total of 4 traffic lights.
3. Take the Rt. 517, “Sparta/Franklin” Exit. Make a left at the light at the end of the exit ramp (going towards “Sparta”).

1. Proceed straight through next traffic light, “Mohawk House” is about 1/2 mile up on the RIGHT hand side. You will see a big stone building which looks like a house up on a hill. Turn RIGHT up the driveway — this is the restaurant. If you get to the traffic light in the center of town, you have gone too far.

Directions from points West via Interstate Rt. 80:

1. From Route 80 Eastbound take Exit #34, “Rt. 15 North, Jefferson/Sparta.” You will take the exit and follow signs to Rt. 15 North/Jefferson-Sparta.
2. Stay on Rt. 15 North for about 10.5 miles. You will go through a total of 4 traffic lights.
3. Take the Rt. 517, “Sparta/Franklin” Exit. Make a left at the light at the end of the exit ramp (going towards “Sparta”).

Directions from Newton/Lafayette

1. Proceed on Route 15 South going toward the town of Sparta. You will pass through the town of Lafayette. You will pass a Deli called “Bagel Station,” which will be on your right-hand side as you come into the Township of Sparta.
2. After you pass “Bagel Station,” you will proceed straight through the traffic light for about 1.5 miles, and take the next exit, which is “Route 517, Sparta/Franklin.”

1. Turn onto this exit and proceed down the exit ramp, and make a right onto Route 517. Proceed straight up Rt. 517 toward the center of Sparta. You will go about 1 mile, and you will see “Mohawk House” up on a hill on the right side of the road! It is a large stone building. If you get to a four-way traffic light intersection, you have too far.

Directions via Rt. 23:

1. Follow Route 23 North toward Rt. 517/Munsonhurst Road. You will see a directional sign for Sparta/Ogdensburg. Turn Left at Rt. 517/Munsonhurst Road. (If you are traveling Route 23 South, you will make a Right turn.)
2. You will continue on Rt. 517 South for about 7 miles. You will go through the town of Ogdensburg, and continue into the Township of Sparta, passing the Sparta Township schools and the turn for Main Street.

1. After you pass the turns for Rt. 15, “Mohawk House” is about 1/2 mile up on the RIGHT hand side, You will see a big stone building which looks like a house up on a hill. Turn RIGHT up the driveway — this is the restaurant. If you get to the traffic light in the center of town, you have gone too far.
